XRP is about to get its own Nasdaq ticker. Evernorth, the Ripple-backed digital asset treasury company, completed its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II on Friday, Oct. 9 (ET), and its Class A shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN at 09:30 ET on Monday, Oct. 12 (21:30 Beijing time). At closing, the company holds roughly 473 million XRP and about $300 million in cash proceeds, with backing from Ripple, Arrington Capital, SBI Group, Pantera and Kraken. The pitch is simple: regulated stock-market exposure to XRP, plus an active treasury strategy across lending and XRPL liquidity.
