Analytical invalidation says what evidence would change your reading. A stop is an execution instruction. A close-based chart condition and an intrabar order trigger need not happen at the same time.

Your chart rule waits for a daily close, but your stop can trigger during the day. Are these the same condition?

Answer: No. One is a completed-candle test; the other follows the order’s trigger and execution rules. Write both conditions explicitly.
