Bitcoin rose 1% to $82.5K, Ethereum and Solana gained about 1%, and XRP added 1.8% as easing U.S.-Iran tensions calmed markets. But $1.19 billion in liquidations, mostly bullish bets, left plenty of bruises. Crypto rarely wastes a chance for drama.

ETFs are still heading for the exits. Bitcoin funds saw $244 million in outflows, ETH $72.5 million and SOL $3.5 million, while XRP bucked the trend with $8.2 million of inflows. Add Fed rate-hike concerns, and this rebound looks more tentative handshake than victory lap.

Under the hood, things look better. Bitcoin network activity is strengthening, while Solana’s upgrade targets 200-millisecond blocks and XRP Ledger added controls aimed at institutional use. The tech is moving forward; prices are trying to follow.
