According to Jin10, Ukraine said it struck the Ukhta refinery, a facility owned by Russia's Lukoil, marking the fourth Russian refining facility hit this week. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Friday that Ukraine would continue responding to Russian attacks on Ukraine and act precisely, and he confirmed strikes on the Ukhta refinery and Russia's largest refinery in Omsk on Thursday. Earlier this week, Ukrainian drones also hit two processing facilities owned by Gazprom, the Salavat refinery in the Ural region and the Astrakhan gas processing plant near the Caspian Sea. Based on public data, the four Russian refining facilities targeted this week have a combined crude processing capacity of about 720,000 barrels per day and a gas processing capacity of up to 12 billion cubic meters a year.
