The top line held the highs: about $20,000 in 2017, $64,000 in 2021, and $126,000 in 2025. this chart is not the bitcoin price by itself. It is bitcoin adjusted for how strong the dollar is. The line can be hit because bitcoin fell, because the dollar rose, or both. The 10-year yield near 5.2% is the dollar side. $57,000 is the bitcoin side. the last three times price reached this lower line, it stopped falling. Each time, the recovery took months.
