🤔 What Should You Check Before Investing in Crypto?
The 10-Point Checklist Every Investor Must Know! 💾 SAVE THIS!
90% of beginners lose money because they buy on hype.
Don't be one of them. Check these 10 things FIRST:
1️⃣ WHITEPAPER
Read the vision, technology, and purpose.
No whitepaper = No investment. It's a basic red flag.
2️⃣ TEAM
Who is building it? Check LinkedIn, experience, past projects.
Anonymous team = High risk.
3️⃣ MARKET CAP & VOLUME
Always check Market Cap, 24H Trading Volume, and Liquidity.
Low volume means you can't sell when you want. I never skip this.
4️⃣ IS IT LISTED ON BINANCE?
Is it on trusted exchanges like Binance, Coinbase?
For example, PUMP is listed on Binance Spot with PUMP/USDT pair - That adds trust and liquidity.
If it's only on unknown DEX = Be careful.
5️⃣ REAL USE CASE
Does it solve a real-world problem?
Example: PUMP.fun is a meme coin launchpad on Solana with $2M daily revenue - Real utility.
No use case = Just hype.
6️⃣ COMMUNITY
Is the community active on Telegram, X, Discord?
Check if engagement is real or fake bots.
7️⃣ TOKENOMICS
Check total supply, distribution, team allocation, vesting, inflation.
Unfair distribution = Price dump risk later.
8️⃣ AUDIT
Is the smart contract audited by CertiK, Hacken, or other reputable firms?
Not audited = Can be hacked anytime.
9️⃣ ROADMAP
Are future plans clear? Did they deliver past milestones?
No roadmap = No future.
🔟 RISK MANAGEMENT
Most important point!
Understand volatility. Invest ONLY what you can afford to lose.
Never take a loan. Never go all-in.
⚠️ GOLDEN RULES:
✅ Always DYOR (Do Your Own Research)
✅ Verify official sources only
✅ Avoid FOMO and scams
I personally follow this checklist for every investment - From BTC to small caps like $PUMP .
