So, $BTC got to $80,347 while $SOL and $ETH hit my targets for now! Out of the shorts now!
So you guys must have a question: what next?
Here I am going to explain it through the BTC chart on the Daily timeframe.
Why was I specifically targeting the $80,100 zone and not below?
Because that’s a Daily order block, and till now, the market is respecting this zone on the Daily timeframe.
Here I am looking for the next Daily close and then the retracement of the Daily candle. A ton of liquidity is now sitting around the $82,200 and $82,700 zones, which I believe is surely going to be swept before any move below $80,000.
So what I am planning:
I’m watching this liquidity zone. If I get weak buying in this area, I’m going to build up shorts on the major alts and BTC as well, targeting the $76,000 zone.
I don’t think this order block is going to work a second time. All the orders were picked earlier, and it is no longer as clean of a zone as it was before.
Any weakness below $82,700 is a short position across all the majors, especially the pairs that move parallel with BTC.
SOL’s next area is around $101–$103, and ETH’s is around $2,380 if we get this OB breakdown tomorrow.
So keep an eye on the charts and look for a solid 4H close.
A rejection candle anywhere from $82,200–$82,700 would be the area I’m looking to take shorts, with the stop-loss set at $83,200, and we are good to go.
If I’m awake at that time, I’ll surely make the call.
Stay tuned.
