NEW: Russia has officially registered its first crypto exchanges and custodians under its new regulatory framework.

Sberbank, Russia’s LARGEST bank, was approved for crypto custody and plans to offer Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT products starting December 1. VTB Bank was also approved for both exchange and custody services #BTC
