⚖️ Bitcoin Is Testing the Floor It Just Broke
Two weeks inside the $82.5K to $87.3K box. Four failed attacks on the ceiling. Then the floor finally gave way.
BTC dipped to $82,150 this morning, below the September 28 low, and is now back at $82,570, right on the old floor. 👀
This retest is the whole ballgame.
When a range floor breaks, price very often comes back to test it from below.
Reclaim it and close back inside the box, and the break was a fakeout, a liquidity grab under the $82.4K low.
Get rejected, and the old floor turns into new resistance, confirming the breakdown.
For the record, yesterday's $83K to $84K cushion only held for a few hours before giving way overnight. If this retest fails, the next magnet we flagged, the $80K to $81.3K zone, is still in play. That's the same base that launched the September run.
The structure hasn't been kind to bulls: lower highs at the top, a long liquidation cascade yesterday, and now a broken floor. It takes a reclaim to change that story.
Next big catalyst: September CPI on October 14.
The levels.
Reclaim $83K on a 4H close, and the box is back in play.
Rejection at $82.5K, and $80K to $81.3K is next.
Broken floors are where conviction gets tested. Let the retest resolve first.
Reclaim the box, or confirm the breakdown? 🔥
