BTC is trading around $84,300, down roughly 1.3% in 24h, with about $32B in 24h volume. Short-term momentum is bearish: RSI is near 34, MACD is negative, and price is below the short-term EMA cluster.
BTC has also been rejected near $87,000 multiple times, while today's range is roughly $83,600–$86,700. I’m watching the $83.6K area closely because I don't want to short directly into support.

• MACD remains negative, supporting bearish momentum.
• BTC is trading below the 10, 20, 50 and 200-period EMAs on the current technical reading.
• The $83.6K area is the key breakdown level from today's range.
Risk management is important here. I would wait for a clean breakdown and retest rather than chase a fast candle. If BTC quickly reclaims $85K, I would step aside because the short setup loses its edge.
