According to Jin10, gold prices fell as investors waited for the Federal Reserve to release meeting minutes for more clues on this year's inflation and monetary policy outlook. In early European trading, gold futures fell 0.75% to $4,132.7 per ounce, while the U.S. dollar index rose 0.44% to 102.29. Saxo Bank analysts said gold faced renewed selling on Tuesday after rising to $4,180, as oil prices rebounded and long-term government bond yields remained near multi-year highs.
