Pay Attention To $Q ... Something Is Starting To Build 🚨

OI climbed toward 325M Q, while new shorts reached around +204M Q. L/S is still ~1.32, so longs dominate, but shorts are building while price holds higher.

The liquidation map is interesting too. Heavy liquidity sits around $0.0225-$0.0233, then another big area around $0.024-$0.025. A clean break above $0.02275 could trigger a squeeze.

CVD is still weak — futures -364M Q, spot -76.4M Q — but orderbook delta is positive around +198K and taker buy/sell is ~1.42. Sellers are active, but they're not getting clean control.

The flow picture is mixed. 7D futures flow is -$3.26M, but recent flow turned positive: 4H +$72.9K, 8H +$113.3K, 12H +$63.5K. Spot remains weak at roughly 7D -$1.11M / 24H -$84K.

There's also an upcoming unlock around Oct 13. Current trackers show roughly 81.08M Q, about 0.81% of total supply, entering circulation from the community allocation, with additional smaller vesting tranches from other allocations. So I wouldn't ignore the potential supply pressure around that date.

Even with that risk, I still give LONG a slight edge on the slightly longer timeframe. But I don't want to chase Q here. I'd rather wait for a deeper pullback where the RR is much better and see buyers actually defend the zone.

Short can work near the upper liquidity, but the RR isn't great right now. Holding a short for around 1 week is also risky because the shorts building now could become fuel for a squeeze first.

Once Q reaches the entry zone, wait for a 1H candle confirmation and check candle strength, CVD, orderbook delta and taker flow together.

Let's see what Q builds next
