Tom Kloza, chief energy adviser for Gulf Oil, said President Donald Trump’s proposed easing of limits on tax-exempt red-dyed diesel is unlikely to do much to lower diesel prices, according to Bloomberg.

Kloza said the only thing that would meaningfully reduce high prices is an end to the conflicts in Russia and the Middle East.
