PQ Wallet 1.5.0 is out, and it can now use the second key.

Every BTX coin is locked behind two post-quantum keys: an everyday ML-DSA key and a hash-based SLH-DSA recovery key. If ML-DSA were ever broken, BTX can switch it off for the whole network. Until now PQ Wallet could only sign with the everyday key. 1.5.0 can use the recovery key too, so coins stay movable even in that case.

Proven on mainnet this morning: one coin moved with the recovery key, a 7,856 byte SLH-DSA signature, fee exactly 0.0001 BTX.

Also in 1.5.0, built and tested against BTX node 0.34.12:
- Mining wallets can spend every coin (it used to check only about 600)
- Six sends in a row without waiting for a block, all confirmed
- Block rewards wait until the network allows them to move, and the wallet says how long
- A safer artifact check and the latest post-quantum libraries
