#Bitwise Launches First US Spot #NEARETF With #Staking
Bitwise Asset Management launched the first US spot exchange-traded product tied to $NEAR on Tuesday, giving investors regulated exposure to the layer-1 blockchain without directly holding the token.
The Bitwise NEAR ETF began trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker NRR on Sept. 29, according to the company. The fund carries a 0.75% management fee and is designed to track the price of NEAR while also participating in staking.
NEAR was trading around $4.84 on Tuesday, down roughly 8% over the previous 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap data. The token remained up more than 150% over the past month following a sharp rally ahead of the ETF's debut.
