Saudi Arabia's Civil Defense posted multiple messages on the social media platform X saying Mecca, the Red Sea port city of Jeddah and Yanbu, as well as the Taif and Tabuk regions, faced potential danger. According to Sina Finance, the Civil Defense said minutes later that the danger had been lifted. Separately, Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree said the group attacked military targets in Saudi Arabia's Jizan region.
