Arbitrum said it will replace its existing Timeboost mechanism with a per-transaction priority bidding system. According to ChainCatcher, 97% of priority fees and revenue from paid Fast Feed subscriptions will go to the DAO treasury, while the remaining 3% will be allocated to the Arbitrum Developer Guild.
