Price has rallied hard from 7.08 to 9.68, pushing the RSI to an overheated 83. Smart money is not chasing this candle, especially with price riding the upper Bollinger Band.

Buy Zone: 9.20 - 9.35
TP1: 9.68
TP2: 10.50
Invalidation: 1H close below 8.90
I am waiting for $ETC to cool off and retest the 9.20 zone before scaling in, rather than buying the absolute top.
