Open finance is set to be profoundly shaped by the adoption of vaults, and we are confident that the SEC can launch a new chapter of onchain capital formation provided the proper regulatory architecture is established. We were delighted to express our gratitude to the SEC for allowing us to present our feedback at our gathering on September 22.

The foundation for this dialogue was laid in July. At that time, SEC Commissioner Peirce called upon entrepreneurs and innovators who are moving asset management onchain by way of vault protocols. Her request was for these builders to contribute to the creation of fresh guidance and rules governing these systems.

Because we are the developers behind the Nest protocol, which operates as the engine for Plume Vaults, we embraced this chance to supply the Commission with our advice as they navigate the policymaking process for onchain vaults.
