🇺🇸 Boeing Secures $41.5M in U.S. Defense Contracts
Boeing has secured two U.S. defense contracts worth approximately $41.5 million, covering support services for Kuwait’s F/A-18E/F Super Hornet aircraft and technical data support for the V-22 Osprey tiltrotor fleet.
🔹 $11.8M Contract Modification
The first award extends Boeing’s support services for Kuwait’s F/A-18E/F aircraft for an additional six months, with work expected to continue through March 2027.
The contract covers logistics, program management, maintenance support, pilot and maintenance assistance, aircraft and equipment logistics, engine support, as well as packaging, storage, loading, and transshipment services. Work will primarily be conducted in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Jacksonville, Florida, with funding provided through the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
🔹 $29.7M V-22 Contract
A separate $29.7 million award to the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office will provide payload and dynamics model technical data for all V-22 variants.
The data will support long-term maintenance, sustainment, and operational requirements for the V-22 fleet.
