a wallet we've watched before just did the same thing twice. 0x28c6…1d60 pulled $243K off Binance back in september, that one played out -5.3% over the next day. now it's back, this time pushing $1.1M of $PEPE the other way, onto Binance, while price sits flat at +1.2% over 4h.
chart hasn't blinked yet. coins on exchanges can get sold, doesn't mean they will, but a repeat player showing up again is not nothing.
