- Sept 14 new draft adds ethics language - officials must divest or blind trust
- Trump agreed to 80% of ethics package
- But Senate vote failed 49 to 50 - needs 60 votes!
What market did?
When Trump pushed Act Aug 20, BTC +3.4% to $71.7K
When vote failed Tuesday, BTC -4% to $75.7K
So clarity = pump, no clarity = dump!
I hold SPOT only - waiting for Q4 clarity + new ATH?
