This is genuienly unbelievable.
Yesterday, $BTC dumped from $79,600 to $74,900 liquidating $1.1B in just 24 hours!
But here's the important part:
Bitcoin now has $2.7B liquidity below at $72,500 - $75,000 and $5.6B above between $76,000 - $81,000. This means the HTF liquidity now points heavily towards upside with over 2x more liqudity to target.
On the LTF, the largest liquidity zones sit around $74,500 - $75,200 below and $76,200 - $76,900 above, making these the most likely levels to sweep today.
Whales have stacked some huge bids between $72,000 - $75,000, while orders above are relatively thin until the larger sell walls around $80,000 - $83,000 above. This means buyers are clearly interested at these lower prices and a strong reclaim could have room to run.
Meanwhile, spot demand is still extremely weak while leverage traders are buying the dip. This means futures traders are trying to front-run a recovery, but real buyers still aren't supporting the move strongly enough yet.
So to make things simple for you:
- $74.5k - $75.2k is the immediate downside liquidity
- $76.2k - $76.9k is the first major recovery zone
- $5.6B above gives BTC a huge upside liquidity target on the HTF
- Reclaim $76.9k and I think $78k+ becomes realistic quickly
- Lose $74.5k and I’d expect the $72.5k - $74k area next
I’ll post any changes to my positioning and the key levels I’m watching in the free Telegram (link in bio).
