The House Ways and Means Committee passed the Digital Asset Tax Certainty Act with a 38–5 vote.
💸 Crypto gas and transaction fees under $10 could receive tax-free treatment.
The bill also covers mining, staking, transfers, wash-sale rules, broker reporting and certain stablecoin transactions.
⚠️ Not law yet. It still needs approval from the full House and Senate.
