Several popular meme coin display pages have recently redirected users to phishing pages disguised as Cloudflare verification, according to @insidecalls and @cladzsol. According to Odaily, after users follow the prompts, their computers download and execute malicious scripts, leading to stolen on-chain assets. The display pages directly use website or social media links from token metadata, and those fields can be updated by token creators or by people later claiming a community takeover.
