Guys, where are you, so-called gurus?
Where are the social media influencers, the 'peak institutions' like Strategy, Michele?
And Brian Armstrong, the owner of Coinbase?
All of them were claiming that clarity is coming. I mentioned many times that the 'Clarity Act' is not coming. But these big names and institutions mislead retailers, causing them to put in their hard-earned money.
And some people have the audacity to blame this failure on Democrats? Come on, guys. Even Republicans voted against this 'Clarity Act'. Short of Donald Trump and his party completely failing to secure their own 53 votes. Guys, you cannot simply say this failed. It failed badly: 50 against and only 49 in favor.
Here is the professional breakdown:
The core reason for the 'Clarity Act' failure was not simply partisan gridlock, but the presence of significant "conflicts of interest" and a complete lack of strong ethical rules within the proposed framework. The major demand, largely driven by concerned lawmakers and a push for transparency, was for a rule requiring divestment.
If the act were to pass as proposed, the main beneficiaries would have been "Trump and Family." This is why a significant block of Democrats, along with key Republicans, voted against it. They recognized that it would essentially create a legal pathway for Trump and his family to use the office of the Presidency to directly and legally profit through their extensive cryptocurrency business ventures (e.g., World Liberty Financial) to the tune of billions.
Remember two years ago, when Trump was running, I posted that he is a "pro-crypto president" only to line his own pockets, not for others. Since his election, and after the initial 10-15 day bullish phase, the market has been consistently bearish for two full years. We witnessed the "historical crisis," like the crash on October 10, 2025. He was, and always will be, on his way to his bad game, to fill his own pockets. He never thought about the people.
So actually, those and his like are the true corporate-focused individuals, and the main players are Trump and Family
