AlphaPepe announced plans on September 11, 2026, to add conversational trading to AlphaSwap, starting with Claude integration and support for Ethereum and BNB Chain.

The proposed Alpha Smart Trading system would let users request trending tokens, compare liquidity, or prepare a swap through an AI assistant. AlphaSwap would handle routing, transaction validation, and execution. Proposed checks include wallet balances, token allowances, liquidity, expected output, and slippage settings.

Individual wallet approvals would be required in the first stage.

A later Autotrade phase would use trader-defined rules. AlphaPepe gave examples including a $250 maximum per trade, a $1,000 daily exposure limit, approved token lists, and a 1% slippage ceiling. Other proposed controls include permission expiry, chain restrictions, a manual stop function, transaction tracking, and activity logs.

AlphaPepe said the design would use scoped trading permissions without giving the AI a private key. The update does not explain how trading limits would be enforced and does not include an audit of the proposed automation system.

AlphaPepe is separately targeting Q1 2027 for its presale close and token launch. Smart Trading and Autotrade were not tied to that window, and no public launch date was announced.
