BITCOIN 30-DAY PERFORMANCE: BTC GAINS 23.11% BUT MOMENTUM BEGINS TO COOL
$BTC has climbed from $63,572 to $78,264 over the past 30 days, delivering a gain of $14,692 per Bitcoin, or +23.11%. A hypothetical $1,000 position would now be worth approximately $1,231 before fees and taxes.
Most of the advance occurred during the powerful breakout between August 18 and 21. Since then, BTC/USDT has entered a consolidation phase, trading mainly between approximately $77,300 and $81,200.
Key Bitcoin price zones:
🟢 Immediate support: $77,300–$77,500
🟡 Secondary support: $75,000–$76,000
🔴 Main resistance: $80,000–$81,200
📍 Current price shown: $78,264
The 30-day trend remains bullish, but recent lower highs suggest that short-term momentum has weakened. Consolidation after a rapid rally can be constructive if buyers continue defending support; however, failure to regain $80K could increase profit-taking pressure.
A confirmed breakout above $81,200 would signal renewed bullish momentum and improve the probability of further upside. Conversely, a sustained move below $77,300 could expose the $75K–$76K region and potentially trigger a deeper retest of the previous breakout structure.
Market outlook: Bitcoin’s medium-term momentum remains positive, but the market is now testing whether recent gains can be converted into a stable base. Confirmation is more important than chasing price after a 23% monthly advance.
Will Bitcoin break above $81K or retest lower support first? Comment your prediction, like this post, and follow me for more Bitcoin technical analysis and crypto market updates.
