A high-floor unit at Beverly Hill in Happy Valley has changed hands for HK$38 million, including two parking spaces, according to Ming Pao.

Ricacorp Properties district manager Lau Yuk-lun said the transaction involved Flat 2 on a high floor of Block C, with a saleable area of 1,417 square feet. The four-bedroom unit, with one en suite, a maid's suite and a storeroom, overlooks the sea. The buyer was a local resident, and the price works out to HK$26,817 per square foot.
