🚨 A BIG ROADBLOCK JUST MOVED FOR THE CLARITY ACT

The National Sheriffs’ Association has shifted from opposing the CLARITY Act to a neutral position.

That may sound like a small headline, but it matters.

The group had previously raised concerns around crypto-related illicit finance and law enforcement. Moving to neutral removes one notable objection as the Senate prepares for its September 15 procedural vote. 0

Now the bigger question is whether lawmakers can get the 60 votes needed to move the bill forward.

If they do, the U.S. could be one step closer to having a clearer regulatory framework for digital assets.

For crypto, that could mean:
• More regulatory certainty
• Clearer SEC/CFTC responsibilities
• A better environment for institutional participation
• Potentially less uncertainty for U.S.-based crypto businesses

Still, this isn't a done deal. Stablecoin rewards, ethics provisions and other issues remain unresolved.

September 15 could be a very important day for the crypto market. 👀
