$ZEC — THE PRIVACY COIN IS BACK IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Zcash has made a serious comeback in 2026. From trading near the low hundreds earlier this year, $ZEC has pushed above the $1,000 psychological level, showing how quickly the privacy narrative can return when momentum and liquidity arrive together. Recent data also shows ZEC testing the $1,050 area, while today’s move is relatively flat around $1,010.

The bigger story is the combination of renewed privacy interest, stronger market attention and recent technical improvements around Zcash’s ecosystem. Zakura’s new Common libraries are designed to make shielded transactions dramatically faster, while the Ironwood upgrade has strengthened the protocol’s privacy infrastructure.

Current setup:
Entry: $995–$1,010
TP1: $1,050
TP2: $1,100
TP3: $1,180
SL: $960

History tells us ZEC can move violently in both directions, so chasing a vertical candle is risky. The key area for me now is whether $1,000 can turn into solid support.

If $1,000 holds, another attempt toward the recent high becomes interesting. If it breaks decisively, I would rather wait for a cleaner setup than force a trade.

Not financial advice. Manage leverage and risk carefully.
