$ICP — ngl, this is a setup to fade. It's stuck right between those short-term resistance and support lines, total consolidation. Sellers are in control; you see that long upper wick on the last move? That shows they got smacked at higher prices. I'm shorting the immediate test of that range floor. If bulls manage a big engulfing candle back above resistance, I'm out instantly. This feels like a quick scalp fade.
