More issuance can mean more settlement activity, more product fees and potentially more reasons for DUSK to be used. The chain would not just wait for third parties to create demand. But this is where the idea gets less comfortable. Running privacy infrastructure and operating near regulated financial distribution are very different jobs. Dusk’s selective disclosure and confidential transaction design makes that combination technically interesting. Privacy does not have to mean hiding everything from everyone. Still, permissionless infrastructure and licensed intermediation naturally pull in different directions. One wants neutral access. The other has to decide who can participate, under what conditions, and sometimes who cannot. So I donot see the ECSP move as automatically bullish or automatically restrictive.
