How to Log In to Binance in Brazil Step by Step
The standard website flow is:
Open Binance independently. Reach the official Binance website directly and confirm the domain before providing a credential. Avoid login links received through unsolicited email, SMS, social media or private messages.
Choose Log In. On the Portuguese-language interface, this action may appear as Entrar. Do not select Create a Binance Account when an account already exists.
Enter the credential connected to the account. Use the registered email address or mobile number. If the phone field separates the country code, select Brazil +55 and enter the remaining number in the format shown.
Continue through the original sign-in method. If the account uses Google, Apple, Telegram or a configured passkey, choose that same option instead of treating the related email address as a different login route.
Enter the password when requested. Check that browser autofill has not selected an old address, phone number or password belonging to another profile.
Complete the security verification. Binance may request an authenticator, email, SMS, passkey, device or other account-specific check.
Confirm the account after entry. Review the masked email or phone, Binance user ID, verification status and balances before opening a wallet or BRL service.
A successful credential check may still require device confirmation or another security factor. Complete only the request generated by the login session you initiated.
Use the Same Login Method That Belongs to the Account
Binance does not issue a separate “Brazil username.” Use a method already attached to the existing account:
Email or mobile: Enter the registered credential and follow the password and security prompts displayed for that account.
Google, Apple or Telegram: Choose the provider only when it is already connected to the intended profile.
Passkey or QR: Use a configured passkey, or approve the browser session from a Binance app already logged in to the same account.
Two methods that display the same email address are not automatically interchangeable. If Binance does not locate the expected profile, stop and use the recovery route rather than moving to registration.
How to Log In on the Binance App in Brazil 📱
Open the verified Binance app and enter the combined Sign Up / Log In area if the opening screen displays it. Select Log In, then use the same email, mobile number, linked provider or passkey associated with the website account.
The app may ask for device authentication or another security factor after accepting the first credential. Read the account and device details before approving the request. Do not give an SMS, email or authenticator code to anyone claiming to complete the login for you.
Reinstalling the app removes local application data but does not delete the online Binance account. Sign back in through the original method instead of registering again. If the app is not installed, use the Brazil app download guide and confirm the publisher before using its login screen.
How Binance QR Login Works
QR login opens Binance Web by using an authenticated Binance app to approve the browser session:
Open the Binance web login page and select its QR option.
Open the Binance app on a phone where the intended account is already logged in.
Use the scanner available from the app's profile or scanning control.
Scan the live QR code displayed by the browser.
Review the device and login information inside the app.
Confirm the login only when you initiated the browser session.
Do not scan a Binance-branded QR image sent through a message, support impersonation or screen-sharing session. If a browser code expires, start a fresh QR login from the official page rather than using a screenshot of the old code.
Why You Cannot Log In to Binance in Brazil 🧭
Match the recovery route to the factor that is actually missing. Changing unrelated credentials can add a security hold without correcting the original problem.
You Forgot the Password
Enter the registered email address or phone number, select Forgot password? and complete the ownership checks before creating a new password. A password reset can temporarily restrict withdrawals, P2P selling or payment services. Read the on-screen notice before confirming because it defines the affected functions and hold period for that reset.
Your Passkey or 2FA Method Is Unavailable
If the passkey prompt appears, choose the option stating that the passkey is unavailable and continue with another configured factor. If no working 2FA method remains, use Binance's 2FA-reset path from the login flow. The review may request identity evidence before replacing a security method.
The Email, SMS or Authenticator Code Does Not Work
Use only the newest email or SMS code, check spam and filtering, confirm mobile service and follow the resend timer. For an authenticator code, verify that the phone's date and time are set automatically. Do not request codes continuously or test several old codes in succession.
You Cannot Access the Registered Email or Phone
Use the change or reset option offered for that security method. If another trusted Binance session is still open, inspect the account's security settings before signing out. A security restriction can apply after an email, phone or authentication method is changed; the notice displayed for that action determines the affected services and duration.
You Forgot Which Email or Phone Created the Account
Check previous Binance registration emails, saved credentials and authenticator labels. If the identifier still cannot be found, use the self-service Forgot Account appeal shown by Binance and complete the account-specific checks. CPF alone cannot reveal the login credential.
The Account Is Locked or Disabled
Follow the unlock, appeal or authenticated support route named in the account message. A password reset does not remove an account-state restriction. Do not create a replacement profile to bypass the notice.
CPF Is Not a Binance Login ID
CPF can be part of the verified Brazil identity record, tax information or ownership matching for an eligible BRL payment method. It does not replace the email, mobile number, linked provider or passkey used to locate the account.
Keep the layers separate:
The email, phone or linked provider locates the account.
The password, passkey and security checks authenticate the login attempt.
The CPF and identity evidence connect the account to the verified person.
The bank-account name and CPF may be checked separately when an eligible Pix or BRL route is used.
Resetting a password will not correct a CPF, residence or proof-of-address issue. Handle identity requests in the account's Identification area after login.
Login Does Not Guarantee KYC, Pix or Product Access
Login proves that the user entered the account session. It does not confirm that KYC is complete or that every Binance product, Pix route or BRL method is available to that profile.
If the account displays an identity-document, facial, address or additional-information request, follow the guide to complete Binance account verification in Brazil. Do not register again merely because the original profile needs verification or corrected information.
Product availability is a later account-level decision. When a service's regulatory position matters, identify the entity and terms displayed for that product and review Binance's legal status in Brazil separately.
Secure the Account After Login ✅
After access is restored, review recognised devices, active sessions, configured passkeys and authentication methods. Remove access you do not recognise, protect the connected email account and retain at least one recovery method you control.
If the login problem followed an unexpected message or approval prompt, check recent account activity before transferring crypto or using a BRL payment route. Never disclose a password, one-time code, authenticator code, passkey approval or wallet recovery phrase to someone claiming to be Binance support.
