The bank is planning to begin marketing the bonds as early as September, and the offering is expected to include three tranches: a three-year tranche with an initial maximum size of 1 billion yuan, a five-year tranche with a maximum size of 4 billion yuan, and a seven-year tranche with a maximum size of 1 billion yuan.
