Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. (Nasdaq: PURR) reported financial and operating results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. According to Foresight News, the Nasdaq-listed HYPE treasury company said it raised $647 million through committed equity financing and increased its HYPE token holdings from 12.5 million to 29.3 million.

The company said total assets reached $2.06 billion at the end of the period, including $149.9 million in cash and cash equivalents and $1.9041 billion in HYPE tokens. Shareholders' equity stood at $1.8729 billion, with no liabilities.

Net profit for the fiscal year was $305.5 million, mainly driven by $709.9 million in unrealized gains on HYPE tokens, partly offset by a one-time $169.2 million loss from token assets when the business combination was completed.
