According to Wallstreetcn, Volkswagen AG plans to bring former supervisory board member Marianne Heiss back to its top oversight body, according to Handelsblatt citing industry sources. Heiss, 53, served on Volkswagen's supervisory board from February 2018 to July 2025 and was also a member of the audit committee. She would replace Susanne Wiegand, who left two months ago after less than a year on the supervisory board. Volkswagen declined to comment on personnel speculation, and Heiss currently also serves on the supervisory boards of Audi and Porsche SE.
