Checked TermMax prize-pool structure this week. Honestly, two lanes, clean logic.
Hmm. Lottery: 1.7M TMX, 80,000 slots, five tasks under five minutes, 21.25 TMX each. Content leaderboard: 300K TMX, 500 slots, 300 TMX per person, 12x higher. I checked: posts live August 17 to 21, verification on the 24th. Entry needs Binance Keyless wallet, 2 Alpha points deducted.

I keep thinking about what this tests: whether people choose their own lane. I checked where retention signal lives and it is the content slots, not lottery fill rate.
Open question: if leaderboard verification is loose, the higher reward does not translate to real attention.
