What if interest rates weren’t just a number shown on a lending dashboard?

What if they were something you could actually choose and price?

That changes the way I think about DeFi lending.

Today, a variable rate can move as liquidity and utilization change. You accept the market conditions at that moment.

A fixed-rate market introduces a different idea:

“I have a price for capital, and I know the term I’m agreeing to.”

Now the rate itself becomes part of the decision.

Lenders can think about the return they want.
Borrowers can think about the financing cost they’re willing to accept.
And the market can discover where those two meet.

That’s the interesting part of @TermMax to me.

Not simply making lending fixed.

But turning the cost of capital into something users can actively manage.
