Prosperity REIT (0808) said its distributable income for the six months ended June 30 fell 2% year on year to HK$90.2 million, with distribution per unit down 3.8% to 5.63 HK cents, according to Ming Pao.

Net property income declined 1.2% year on year, while overall occupancy slipped 0.5 percentage point to 94.2%. Tenant retention rose 2.4 percentage points to 70.2%, and the gearing ratio increased 0.1 percentage point to 26.5%.
