I am looking at Dusk from a slightly now different angle.
The more I follow it the less I see it as simply another privacy chain.
What interests me is the practical problem underneath: financial markets need transparency but they also cannot expose every balance, identity and transaction to everyone.
Dusk is trying to build around that tension with confidential smart contracts and XSC.
I am still skeptical. Technology alone won’tsolve liquidity adoption regulation or institutional hesitation.
But I find the approach worth watching because it is not pretending privacy and compliance are easy to reconcile.
Maybe selective disclosure becomes useful infrastructure.
Maybe it becomes too complicated.
For now i am watching how dusk handles that middle ground.
