I’ll be honest, Dusk wasn’t a project I understood immediately.
When I first heard “privacy blockchain,” I thought it was just another crypto buzzword.
But after looking into it, I started to see why it could matter, especially for financial applications.
Dusk is a Layer-1 blockchain built around privacy, with confidential smart contracts and the XSC standard. The idea is interesting because financial data isn’t always something we want completely exposed on a public blockchain.
What caught my attention is the balance Dusk is trying to find: keeping blockchain technology useful while giving sensitive information more privacy.
I’m not saying it will definitely succeed. Crypto is full of good ideas that still have to prove themselves.
But Dusk is one of those projects I’ll definitely keep watching. 👀🌙
