Though it cuts both ways, Kyiv hit Russia's Novorossiysk port this week and shut all 3 terminals.
Russian FM Sergey Lavrov said an immediate ceasefire isn't possible and vowed to step up efforts to destroy everything the West supplies to Kyiv.
A truce, he said, only comes once the war's basically already settled.
