Just want you guys to know there’s a huge support zone around 550. You can clearly see the line on the chart, and if you check the trendline carefully, it has only been touched once since the start.
Most trendlines usually become weaker and often break after the 3rd touch. Right now, that structure still looks strong.
Yesterday, almost everyone was calling for 640, but I was on the opposite side and said we were likely heading lower — and that’s exactly what happened.
Now the key level to watch remains 550. If support holds, we could see a strong reaction from there. If it breaks, more downside may open up.
