According to BlockBeats, on January 1, BlackRock previously suggested that a 2% allocation of Bitcoin in traditional multi-asset portfolios is within a 'reasonable range.' In response, Thomas Martin, a senior portfolio manager at Globalt Investments, disclosed that his current portfolio includes 10% in gold and he may consider increasing Bitcoin holdings, although the allocation is unlikely to exceed 5%.Martin also mentioned the possibility of holding 5% in cash within the portfolio, with the remainder invested in stocks and bonds. The proportion between these two asset classes would vary based on the risk preferences of different investors. He highlighted that in some aggressive strategies managed for clients, stocks could comprise up to 90% of the portfolio. Gold, with its low correlation to stocks, bonds, and cash, can sometimes serve as a store of value.
