As i entered web3 in 02/2022 i wanted to know all about blockchain technology, NFTs, crypto and metverse.
Besides technical and financial possibilities also the potentials for managing groups.

3 fields of work creativly:

A) innovative project development and management for sustainable mobility, spatial planning and Sustainable Development Goals

B) freedom for individuality, divergent mindsets, acceptance of annend to a society, based on the low flexibility and unification of people. A culture of understanding failures as learning process, not understanding as chance to learn, and beeing different as a present!

C) combination ofnmegatendencies to create change and fullfill the SDGs.
The hemp plant has huge potentials to be the gamechanger. It is not only missused by a lot in power over the last century and so is a key player in social movements.
Also the hempplant can compete with nearly all industries and has potentials in aggricuture, food, textiles, medicine, building and many more.

Finally finished web3 exploration phase, i am about to finish the first 2 main projects-ideas, as well as creating differrent ideas, domains, web3 content for whatever catches my interests.

2) the CSU as a showcase for the power of people, if they overcome fear and conveniance and the potentials of network based incomes and social advantages
