SL: below $0.54

TP2: $0.78
TP3: $0.85–$0.95
Breakout setup:
Wait for 4H close above $0.73
Then retest/hold $0.70–$0.72
LONG toward $0.78–$0.85
SHORT: Only consider if RLC gets rejected strongly around $0.70–$0.73 and then loses $0.60 with volume.
