A scammer can trick both the USDT buyer and seller without owning USDT or investing any money.
They offer the seller a high price and the buyer a cheap price, then send fake “assistants” to meet in person while telling the buyer to transfer money directly to the scammer’s account.
💰 Buyer sends money → scammer disappears.
❌ Buyer gets no USDT.
❌ Seller gets no payment.
❌ Both are victims.
That’s why I prefer Binance P2P⁠�: the Order, payment account, and crypto should match the same transaction.
🚨 If someone says “pay my boss,” “my assistant will meet you,” or “use another account” — STOP.
