Same range-bound LINK window (May–Jun 2025), 3 configs tested, $6K each.

→ 20 grids, 30D selector, geometric: 56 trades, 313.63 USDT grid profit, ROI -11.11%

→ 95 grids, manual zone, arithmetic: 86 trades, only 23.09 USDT grid profit, ROI -10.72%

→ 55 grids, 7D adaptive, arithmetic: 250 trades, 396.05 USDT grid profit, ROI -12.91%

Spot Buy & Hold, same window: -21.83%

Signal: The 7-day adaptive selector + moderate grid count (55) + 2.1% TP captured far more of the range's oscillations than the wide 30D window or the overly tight manual zone, even though absolute ROI stayed negative across the board.

Density isn't the lever. Range selection timing is.
