🛢️ HIGH OIL PRICES PUT EQUINOR’S UPSTREAM BUSINESS IN FOCUS

Summary:
With Brent crude trading above $100, Equinor’s growing production base could benefit from stronger oil realizations and upstream cash generation, according to a fresh Zacks analysis.

Key Points:
🔹 Production growth is coming from Johan Castberg, Eirin, Symra and Bacalhau
🔹 Equinor’s breakeven after dividends is around $50/barrel
🔹 Zacks cites Brent averaging around $90/barrel in H2 2026
🔹 EQNR shares are up 67.7% over the past year
🔹 EQNR trades at about 2.2× EV/EBITDA, below the industry average of 5.94×

Market Insight:
Elevated crude prices can strengthen upstream cash flows, while Equinor’s production growth adds further exposure to the oil market. However, this is an analyst outlook, not a guaranteed stock-performance forecast.
